CEO of UK’s largest seafood processor takes center stage at upcoming IntraFish Investor Forum

Along with the industry’s top investors, Bill Showalter will be joined by a number of fellow CEOs and high ranking execs from across the seafood industry in London on Sept. 5.

Bill Showalter, the CEO of one of the United Kingdom’s largest seafood processors, Young's Seafood, will take center stage at the upcoming IntraFishSeafood Investor Forum in London on Sept. 5.

Showalter -- who has more than 28 years’ experience of working in the seafood and food industries, FMCG, leisure and hospitality in senior leadership roles -- is one of the highlights of this year’s speaker lineup.

He joined Young’s then parent company Findus Group as CFO in 2013 and was appointed CEO of Young’s Seafood International Holdings in January 2016.

He then took the role of interim chief executive of Young’s Seafood Limited in July 2016 and in January 2017, he was appointed as ongoing chief executive.

He’ll be joined at the IntraFish event by a number of other high profile seafood executives, including Jose Antonio Zarzalejos, director at PwC Deals, Leroy Seafood CEO Henning Beltestad, Grieg Seafood CEO Andreas Kvame, Bakkafrost CEO Regin Jacobsen, SalMar CEO Trond Williksen, Norway Royal Salmon CEO Charles Hostlund, and Marine Harvest Chairman Ole-Eirik Leroy.
