UK frozen food giant Birds Eye is adding fish fillet-based 'Crunchy Traybakes' to its Captain Birds Eye range as it places more effort on increasing British people's weekly consumption of fish to two portions.
The traybakes include Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified fish fillets topped with vegetables and finished with a crunchy topping.
The two flavor variants are the 'Garden Vegetables Traybake' and the 'Mediterranean Vegetables Traybake', both available at UK retailer Morrisons from Sept.
