Surimi seafood giant Viciunai said it plans to use a snow crab surimi deal with European supermarket retailer Colruyt to help expand its brand presence across Western Europe.
Viciunai sees Colruyt, with some 250 retail stores in Belgium and Luxembourg, as a natural fit for its strategy.
"I’m confident, we are about to expand our partnership into way broader array of SKUs in the near future," Viciunai spokesperson Mindaugas Snicorius told IntraFish.
Vici Snow Crab, a calling card of Viciunai Group for over 15 years now, is available at 200 of the largest Colruyt supermarkets across Belgium and Luxembourg.
