US seafood franchise Slapfish is starting the new year with plans of expanding into another state, starting with Orlando, Florida, according to QSR Magazine.
The chain, led by Chef Andrew Gruel, nearly doubled its footprint last year.
Now it plans to open the first Florida location in the middle of this year followed by 10 more in the state over the next five years, according to the news site.
The firm plans to open up to 40 locations in Florida.
