UK-based sushi maker Ichiban has won a major order to supply Aldi supermarket stores in the United Kingdom, the East Anglian Daily Times reports.

Ichiban currently supplies the supermarket with around 40,000 Yumie Sushi Snack packs each week, the report said.

Smoked salmon, vegetable and vegan options are among newly available items.

Last month the company relaunched its Yumie Sushi brand. The line was developed to serve customers demanding more ethically produced products.
