UK food processor Paramount 21 is launching a range of Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified coated and uncoated headed and gutted (H&G) whitebait.
The products are targeted at the UK foodservice sector. The company celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.
Founded by Ali Hannaford in 1988, the company began with a £3,500 ($4,587/€3,997), investment in second-hand machinery.
Paramount 21 based in Devon, southwest England developed from packing prawns to creating a range of premium value added frozen seafood and vegetarian products for the foodservice industry.
