Thai Union will showcase a range of value added yellowfin tuna products at Thaifex - World of Food Asia 2018, which will be held in Bangkok from May 29 to June 2.
The firm will showcase its tuna slice product, awarded the 2018 Best New Foodservice Product at the Boston seafood show Seafood Excellence Awards, as well its a newly-developed tuna sausages.
“The presentation of innovative products at Thaifex would reflect the company’s concentration on innovation by utilizing patent-pending technology to deliver healthy, value-added products with high nutritional values to serve consumers around the world,” said Thiraphong Chansiri, CEO of Thai Union.
