Pollock sales at UK retail had a slight resurgence in the 52 weeks to March 24, 2018, seeing a lift in both the volume and value of sales, according to the latest figures from market research company Nielsen.
Overall sales of pollock amounted to £110 million (€124.8 million/$149.2 million) up 7 percent compared with the same period a year ago, while volumes increased 3.5 percent to 24,654 metric tons.
