Former CleanFish co-founder Dale Sims is launching Buena Vista Seafood, a new company that will market products from aquaculture and wild-capture producers who adhere to a triple-bottom-line business philosophy.

Sims announced his resignation from CleanFish earlier this week, exiting a company he helped found with Tim O'Shea in 2004.
