Australian yellowtail kingfish producer Clean Seas Seafood has lauched its ' SensoryFresh' range across key European markets.

The range combines various rapid freeze technologies. Liquid nitrogen rapid freezing is deployed in an effort to capture the texture, colour, aroma and taste of 'freshly harvested' fish.

Products include Japanese fillets and a new smaller 'cost effective' sushi loin for chefs preferring to work without bones.
