Chicken of the Sea International (COSI) this week took its next steps toward settling lawsuits with plaintiffs who are part of an ongoing price fixing lawsuit involving COSI, Bumble Bee Seafoods and StarKist.
On Tuesday, COSI reached a settlement with 30 retailers who are part of the ongoing case, Christianna Reed, Chicken of the Sea's vice president and general counsel, legal and risk management, told IntraFish on Thursday.
