Two former employees of OBI Seafoods' plant in Egegik, Alaska, have filed a complaint with a Washington state court alleging "outrageous acts of discrimination and harassment on the basis of race and sex."

Alexandria Erwin and Ivan Johnson Luciano filed their case in US District Court for Western Washington on June 24.

Erwin, who is described in the complaint as African American and non-binary, told a Washington court she was "repeatedly targeted for sexual advances."

"When she rejected these advances, she was bullied by her supervisor, who was a personal friend of the harassing coworker, and given less favorable job assignments," the complaint reads.
