New Zealand fisheries company Sealord confirmed a search for a crew member is underway in the Pacific Ocean, reports Newshub.
The search began Thursday morning immediately after crew onboard Sealord’s Otakou fishing vessel became aware a crew member did not report for duty.
Authorities were also notified, and the search team includes the Otaku crew, a search and rescue unit, a helicopter and other vessels in the area.
