Norwegian salmon farming giant Norway Royal Salmon's (NRS) Chairman Helge Gaso increased his stake in the company buying 100,000 shares at a unit price of NOK 205 (€21.30/$23.90) through his company Gaso Naeringsutvikling, NRS said on Friday.
In total, the transaction is worth NOK 20.5 million (€2.1 million/$2.4 million).
Gaso was already the largest shareholder in NRS with a 15 percent stake in the company prior to the transaction.
In addition, Gaso Naeringsutvikling also entered an agreement to purchase 150,000 shares in the NRS by the beginning of next year at NOK 209 (€21.70/$24.40)
