Shrimp group Seafarms' share issue hits $2.6 million as deadline extended

Seafarms Group, the company behind Australia's massive Project Sea Dragon, extended the application period for its share purchase plan until May 22.

As of the date of this announcement, the Seafarms has raised over AUD 3.8 million ($2.6 million/€2.4 million).

Under the plan, eligible shareholders may subscribe for up to AUD 15,000 of new fully paid shares in the company at a price of AUD 0.09 ($0.06/€0.06) per share.
