After three years leading the company, Regal Springs Group CEO Achim Eichenlaub will be stepping down at the end of the year, it was announced Thursday.
Tilapia producer Regal Springs has engaged executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles in Singapore to search for its new CEO.
"After 18 years living abroad, I have decided to return to Germany. I have had three very good years at Regal Springs where I was able to leverage my experience to lead and grow the business," Eichenlaub said.
