New Zealand King Salmon appointed Alan Cook its new chief operating officer.
With 20 years' senior management experience in the aquaculture industry, Cook's career has seen him work in salmon farming on both coasts of Canada, Chile and Washington State on the US west coast.
Most recently, Cook held the position of vice president of fish for processing equipment manufacturer Marel.
“I am really excited about the opportunity to work in New Zealand and working with a team that is as passionate about salmon farming as I am,” said Cook.
