AquaChile’s Aquasan hatchery won the Inclusion Award 2019 for its contribution to quality and inclusive employment that adapts to workers’ skills and experience.
The award, delivered by Chile’s Employment Ministry, recognizes companies complying with a new work-inclusion law aimed at giving opportunities to people with disabilities.
“For AquaChile, inclusion is very important. It reinforces our sustainable role in all aspects, which is clearly connected with the community,” said Javier Salamanca, people manager at AquaChile.
