Aquaculture producers in Chile are likely to be keeping a keener eye than normal on their feed feed inventories after two weeks of civil unrest in the country.
Feed companies have been noticeably quiet on the issue, perhaps hoping the domestic crisis would resolve itself and go away.
The one exception is Biomar, which says that it has implemented a flexible contingency plan.
