Alaska pollock producers are seeing a year of strong prices with demand for new formats continuing to change the mix.
"In the last three to four years, wild Alaska pollock has had an upshot of being a really cheap, good, valuable protein," one major US producer told IntraFish when asked about demand for pollock at home and abroad.
