When outgoing Leroy Aurora Managing Director Renate Larsen starts her newly-appointed job as CEO of the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC) this fall, she won't have to move far -- both have their head offices in the same building in Tromso, Norway.
Still, Larsen says she knows everything else about the new job will be a game of catch-up.
“Naturally it’s sad to leave Leroy, but certainly it will be highly invigorating getting to grips with new challenges,” she said.
Larsen is taking over from Terje Martinussen, who has headed the NSC for the past 10 years.
