Thursday's interest rate cut from 1 to 0.75 percent and a weaker Norwegian krone resulted in stable spot prices for Norwegian Atlantic salmon, according to industry watchers IntraFish talked to this Friday.
Average prices exporters and farmers reported this week are as follows:
2-3 kg -- NOK 31 (€3.20/$3.60) to NOK 32 (€3.40/$3.70) per kg
3-4 kg -- NOK 36.75 (€3.90/$4.30) to NOK 37.50 (€3.90/$4.40) per kg
4-5 kg -- NOK 37.75 (€4/$4.40) to NOK 38.50 (€4/$4.50) per kg
5-6 kg -- NOK 38 (€4/$4.40)
