King & Prince brings back 'classics' with rebates, new menu twists

The US firmis trying to give its classic Alaska pollock, tilapia products a new twist. 

King & Prince Seafood is launching a promotion for its Alaska pollock and Fish Market Fresh Tilapia. 

The movie-themed promotion features rebates and new menu tactics. 

The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)-certified, Alaskan pollock fillets are available in three coatings -- Panko breaded, Oven Ready Breaded and Tavern Battered, and in a variety of portion sizes. 

Flavor-infused Fish Market Fresh Tilapia fillets are offered in Creamy Butter Herb and Cracked Pepper & Lemon options.

“Seafood consumption is rising, especially among millennials, so the timing is perfect to menu some old favorites in appealing, new ways,” said Mike Tigani, director of marketing for King & Prince Seafood.
