Groups launch initiative to promote Scottish seafood

First dinner event was in Germany.

Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) and Seafood Scotland jointly launched the 'Surf and Turf' initiative to promote Scottish ingredients.

The groups teamed up with food magazine Effilee to host the first event last Thursday in Hamburg, Germany for food influencers, restaurant industry representatives, importers and bloggers.

The dinner and cooking demonstrations included Scottish scallops and fresh lobster.
