The Spanish company aims to “maintain the maximum freshness and quality of the product, without preservatives, and without oil or liquids.”

The product is now sold in Spain in a two-can pack, and each of the tins weighs 65 grams of already chopped and ready-to-eat sticks.

It has a shelf life of 20 months.

“For Krissia, it is essential to offer consumers what they need, to do it in a swift manner and always following our premise to offer a delicious, healthy, high quality and consumer-friendly product,” said Elena Baz, marketing director at Angulas Aguinaga.

Angulas was the first company in Spain to offer chilled surimi sticks in 2000.
