Cargill's focus on sustainability, customer needs and M&A could increase further thanks to the appointment of Helene Ziv-Douki as president of Cargill’s Aqua Nutrition business.

Ziv-Douki, who took up the presidency in April following the departure of Pilar Cruz, joins the business -- the United States' largest privately held company and second largest aquaculture feed producer after Nutreco-owned Skretting -- during one of the more turbulent periods in the global economy, with shipping disruptions, consumer market shifts and -- most critically -- inflation in raw materials used to produce aquaculture feed.
