Chinese aquaculture firm raises $82 million in private placement

Company primarily operates in the domestic market.

China's Dahu Aquaculture raised CNY 550 million (€74.3 million/$81.6 million) via a private placement, reports Reuters.

The company issued a total of around 54.2 million shares.

Dahu is engaged in the farming and processing of freshwater fish, and also manufactures and distributes wines and pharmaceuticals.

It operates its businesses primarily in domestic markets.
